Birth Doula Support
$1600

You’re pregnant! Congrats! What next? Now’s a great time to start planning for your birth, and build your support team!

As your birth doula, I’m an invaluable asset to add to your team. I provide educational, physical and emotional support to families in London, Ontario.

I’m here to discuss your options with labour, birth (environment, team, pain management & more), honouring your goals, advocacy, and planning for early postpartum.

During your labour, I’ll work with you and your partner (if applicable) by offering position suggestions, providing hands-on support and info for comfort and relaxation, answering questions, and encouraging words.

Together we’ll help grow your knowledge and confidence, so you can experience an empowered birth. Included in this package:

1-2 prenatal visits (2 hours each)

Full access to Lending Library
On-call at 38+ weeks
Phone/text/email support
Info and referrals
Labour accompaniment and birth support (staying up to 2 hours following delivery)
Postpartum Care package
1-2 postpartum visits (6 hours total)

Additional prenatal or postpartum hours can be added for $40/hour

Virtual Birth Doula Support

With the recent pandemic, we’ve had to find new and creative ways to work and socialize. This includes doula support and finding ways to connect people to meaningful care - no matter what restrictions are in place, or where you live in the world!
