Daytime
Helping new parents and growing families feel heard, confident, and supported in their goals.
As your postpartum doula, I can join you the first few days, weeks, or months after your baby is born. Customized care that’s right for you and your family, exactly when you need it.
Hours are broken up as you prefer (3hr-6hr visits) and booked when you need it most.

Evening
Sometimes you just need a little extra help after a long day. I can tend to the baby, give them a bath and settle them for bedtime while you enjoy your dinner and wind down for the night.
If time allows, I can also tackle light housework like laundry, dishes, and tidying up.
Booking Mon to Fri 6PM-11PM
$40 per hour (3hr visit minimum)
Limited weekend visits may be available by request for $45/hour (3hr visit minimum)
Overnight
The early weeks with a newborn can be a challenging transition. That’s where I come in!
This popular service focuses on REST: parents get a good night’s sleep, and your little one is fed, changed and soothed back to sleep too.
If time allows, I can also tackle light housework like laundry, dishes, and meal prep so it’s one less thing on your mind. How amazing is that?!

Doula Calls
Sometimes you just need extra support on a particular topic. This service is a great compliment to any prenatal classes you may have taken.
Doula calls are held over video or phone and can be booked before, during, or after pregnancy.
Can be booked with or in place of doula packages.
